Kim has lived in Roanoke since 1991 and is a graduate of Hollins University.  Originally from Kansas City, MO, Kim started her career working for Russell Stover Candies corporate offices and Computer Associates.

In Roanoke, she has spent the last 20+ years working in the payroll services industry and SaaS industry focusing on payroll, timekeeping and human resources.  She worked to build two training departments from the ground up where she created training programs for new client training, new hire orientations, customer service, and much more.  She has extensive experience conducting classroom and virtual training, planning workshops/conferences, process improvement, and project planning.

Kim started with MSA in August of 2018 as Operations Manager to help the firm continue to provide impactful results and ensure client needs are met.  She is also responsible for the administration and efficient daily operations of the MSA office as well as client event planning, and marketing.

Kim is married with two daughters who keep her busy with volleyball and lacrosse. She enjoys volunteering and has either previously or currently serves on the boards for PTA, Association for Talent Development, Volleyball Booster Club and the Terrier Lacrosse Club.
